In case of having a broad nose, raising the bridge of nose without narrowing nasal bone to make shape of bridge of nose or covering hump by injecting silicon without removing a hump may raise the bridge of nose too high. In this case, the nose is overly large compared with face and the face looks aggressive with the appearance that the nose looks like starting rightly from forehead. In this case, remove silicon and the hump and lower the height of the bridge of nose with lower implant materials. In addition, if wide bone of nose is cut and amassed to narrow the width of nasal bridge, the height of nose will be lowered but nose looks like sharp.
