In case of turned-up tip of nose : If the nose has inflammation or hematoma after rhinoplasty surgery, the contracture phenomenon will be shown like short tip of nose with tissue near healed and firmed up and silicon implanted turned upward. In this case, remove silicon and then wait for near tissue softer. So it is better to re-operate after 3 to 6 months.
Short tip of nose will be corrected by using cartilage of nasal septum in the nose and lengthen the tip of nose and lower the tip to be corrected. In case of not using the cartilage of nasal septum,
the cartilage can be used. The bridge of nose can be raised by using the implant.
