in case of using the implant like silicon or Gore-tex to the tip of nose, at first the shape is natural but as time goes by, the skin of the tip of nose is thinner but the tip of nose is sharper. If this is left as it is, later the implant can go out of the skin of tip of nose. In this case, the problem can be solved by creating the tip of nose with autoplasty. At first remove the implant put to the tip of nose and use autologous cartilage like cartilage of nasal septum to raise the tip of nose with surgery of tip of nose and then rise the bridge of nose. The thinner skin of the tip of skin can be protected with hypodermic tissue or AlloDerm removed during the surgery.
